The Exclusive Package
Our most popular wedding packages are for exclusive use of the hotel, which can be booked for any day of the week and include:
Red carpet on arrival
Bride & Groom will be met at the foot of the steps with a complimentary glass of champagne
A welcome drink consisting of our Veuve Cliquot champagne, still and sparkling water or orange juice on arrival for all wedding guests
A three course a la carte meal for eighty people tailor made to your individual requirements followed by coffee
A half bottle of house wine per adult served during the meal - this can be upgraded to an alternative from our extensive wine list at a charge
A toast of Veuve Cliquot for each adult member of the wedding party
Use of the designated room for the wedding ceremony
18 bedrooms on a bed & breakfast basis
Hire of cake stand and bridal knife
Buffet for eighty guests in the evening
N.B. The maximum number of guests for the wedding breakfast is 150 using the main restaurant and the adjoining Atrium.

For smaller, more intimate weddings we can tailor a package to suit your individual requirements. Some of the options for these include:

£200 for use of our function room for a wedding ceremony which is suitable for up to forty guests

Welcome drink of Champagne, Orange Juice or Sparkling Water

£150 for exclusive use of the Atrium restaurant which seats up to thirty six people
Evening Only Package
Should you choose to hold your wedding ceremony elsewhere, we would still welcome your evening reception at Morgans.

We pride ourselves on offering the most personal service to our bride and groom and one of the most personal choices you will make is your menu. This is why we invite you to an individual consultation with our head chef who will be happy to incorporate your ideas and offer his expert advice.

Booking & Deposit Information
We look forward to receiving your booking for your wedding here at Morgans and to working with you to ensure you have your perfect day. To check availability for your preferred date please contact us on the details below. Once you have confirmed this in writing we will send you a booking contract.
Deposit Details
We require a £1000 deposit to confirm your booking (Exclusive Packages) which is non-returnable. Deposits for other packages are dependant on numbers.
Cheques should be made payable to Morgans Hotel Ltd
Balance Details
The balance is then due in the following stages:
50% payable 8 weeks before the wedding.
100% payable 4 weeks before the wedding
Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event you should wish to cancel your booking at Morgans the charge will be 50% for cancellations 4-8 weeks prior to the event and 100% for cancellations within
4 weeks.
