We have a range of function spaces available, catering for everything from corporate meetings to large wedding celebrations. Our Sir Galahad meeting room can seat up to 40 people in an intimate setting, while for larger parties, why not opt for our Banqueting Hall which can comfortably accommodate around 100 guests.

Yes, we have a range of events packages available which we have designed to take the stress out of planning a function or event for you!
However, we can also create an entirely bespoke package for your event – we are pretty flexible and have many different options to suit a whole range of events and different requirements and requests.
Prices vary dependent on the number of people attending your event or meeting and what you’re offering them such as a sit-down dinner, buffet, Afternoon Tea, deli lunch or simply tea and coffee. We have options available for every budget – so if you have a set budget in mind, do let us know.
Yes, children are welcome at Morgans Hotel and are welcome to attend your event! We have high-chairs available for little ones and can always offer children’s menus or child-friendly dishes – just let us know what you and your guests require.
Our Banqueting Hall, Atrium and Sir Galahad Suite are all accessible. The Banqueting Hall and Atrium can be accessed by a lift, whilst the Sir Galahad Suite is on the Ground Floor. The Plimsoll Line room and Champagne Bar however can only be accessed via stairs – therefore, if either of these spaces are not suitable for you or your guests, do let us know.
Yes! We can often accommodate last-minute bookings, especially if you are flexible on the time or meeting/function room. Simply send our events team an email and we can let you know what options are available for you – even if it’s just a few weeks, or even a few days, notice!
