Stayed at Morgan's Hotel over the Whitsun Bank Holiday. We booked a room in the Town House building just across from the main Morgan's Hotel, the room we were shown was a Twin Room, we had arrived earlty so Housekeeping had not had a chance to change the room to a Double, but the lovely young man made a Phonecall and we were upgraded to a lovely room called"havre", a lovely large bright room with a Bathroom to die for, the room had all the extras you expect from Morgans's, Bathrobes, DVD Player, Mini Bar & seperate Bath-Shower which is really nice. Restaurant really nice, plenty of choice on evening menu, and breakfast was a real treat with all the trimmings.
A lovely stay in quality surroundings, in Swansea top class Hotel.

My visit was for: Personal event (wedding, ...) I don't usually post reviews of places I have stayed but I felt compelled to. My stay was close to Christmas, the hotel had a fantastic atmosphere and the staff could not do enough for you. The room I can only desribe as sumptuous, the bed was so big and comfortable I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was very bright and modern with the deepest bath I have ever swum in with Molton Brown bubbles. My stay was memorable and I cannot wait to stay there again. I have also been to a good friends wedding at the hotel which, again, was a wonderful experience. We had the hotel to ourselves which made the staff extremely attentive and the food was fantastic. The dining room was filled with the glow of candles which, against the wood panels made the atmosphere so romantic and elegant, perfect for your perfect day.
Living in Swansea I am lucky enough to visit Morgans frequently for food and drinks and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience somewhere where you can lose yourself and forget everything that is going on on the outside.

Friends of ours who live in swansea booked us into this hotel. I cannot praise this place enough. I would recommend this to anyone. The rooms were fantastic and the service was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I am constantly travelling to Wales on Business and even if it means that i have to stay a little further out - away from my place of work at the time i will definitely be going back to Morgans. Definitely a five star plus hotel of the highest order.

We stayed in the hotel for one night at the beggining of October 2006 before a trip to Las Vegas as a pre train/flight surprise and i have to say it was better than expected. The mariner room where we stayed was really nice and the food and ambiance was excellent you would never think you were in the middle of Swansea. A fantastic getaway

This is our second visit and just as good as the one in April 2005. The whole ambience of the hotel is that of quality and very relaxed. Not at all like a chain hotel. Staff are friendly yet professional and helpful.
This is our favourite UK hotel.

Will Morgans ever disappoint? Well, I have stayed here on many occasions and I still love it. We arrived and the receptionist was, as always smiling and offering a warm welcome. The room (Clyde) was one of the smallest rooms I have had in the Morgans, but the six suite-cases might have had some blame. The room was very clean and with lovely Egyptian cotton dressing the bed I managed to sleep for the three nights of my stay. The first night had a little problem with room neighbours as they let their two children run in and out of the room until midnight; with a slam to the door each time (obviously Morgans were not to blame for the behaviour of others). Breakfast was a pleasure, as always.
I have now stayed in with Morgans over 30 times and have booked a visit to the Cawdor in Llandeilo for Christmas and New Year. I look forward to the excellent service and food offered and will write a review in Jan 2008.
If you are ever in South Wales, The Morgans is “The Place to Stay”.
