Yes, we have a range of events packages available which we have designed to take the stress out of planning a function or event for you!

However, we can also create an entirely bespoke package for your event – we are pretty flexible and have many different options to suit a whole range of events and different requirements and requests.

Prices vary dependent on the number of people attending your event or meeting and what you’re offering them such as a sit-down dinner, buffet, Afternoon Tea, deli lunch or simply tea and coffee. We have options available for every budget – so if you have a set budget in mind, do let us know.

Yes! We can often accommodate last-minute bookings, especially if you are flexible on the time or meeting/function room. Simply send our events team an email and we can let you know what options are available for you – even if it’s just a few weeks, or even a few days, notice!

The majority of our function rooms are accessible. Our largest function room is on the first floor and can be accessed via a lift or a flight of stairs. We also have a function room on the ground floor, and another on the below-ground floor (accessed via a small flight of stairs only). Our team are always happy to answer any questions regarding accessibility and suitability for your event and can ensure the room you book matches your requirements.

That’s totally up to you! As a hotel, we welcome families with children (children must be accompanied by an adult) and we can always cater for children at a party or event. But if you’d like your event to be adults-only, that’s totally fine.

Yes, absolutely! We’d love to have your guests stay with us overnight – be sure to book directly with us for the best rates!

Yes! You’re welcome to bring balloons, banners, photos or anything you like to decorate your room. Alternatively, we can recommend a few suppliers and decor firms who can dress and decorate the room to your requirements.

Here at Morgans, we have a fantastic main bar, in addition to a well-equipped upstairs bar in our Atrium. We serve a wide range of beer and cider by draught or by bottle, as well as wine, champagne, prosecco, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks and hot drinks. If there’s a specific drink you’d like added to our menu for your event, do let us know.

We have a range of catering options available for your event, from simple snacks like charcuterie cups and grazing boards to afternoon tea, tasty buffets and traditional sit-down dining.

There is no minimum amount of notice we require for a party or event – we’ve held several parties and dinners with very short notice! That said, some popular dates do get booked up weeks in advance, so it’s worth giving us as much notice as possible to have the best chance of securing your preferred date.

We don’t typically allow dogs within the hotel (only guide dogs). However, well behaved furry friends will be considered, upon request.
