Banqueting Hall

Arguably the most stunning ceremony room in Swansea City Centre, our impressive Banqueting Hall is licensed for larger ceremonies of up to 110 guests. Cherished family and friends will enjoy the decadent architecture and original mural as a backdrop for your special vows.

The Atrium

Adjoined to the Banqueting Hall, our delightful Atrium area offers a chance to dine beneath the stars under the glass roof. Up to 40 of your closest family and friends can enjoy your wedding breakfast in style next to the internal stained glass window.


Boasting a private bar, your guests can settle into the celebrations with the assurance of romantic seclusion away from the bustle of the city centre.

Sir Galahad Suite

Licensed for intimate ceremonies of up to 40 guests, our Sir Galahad Suite allows you to celebrate with the most important people in your lives. Natural daylight floods through the original sash windows, illuminating the most intricate details of your wedding gown and décor.

The Champagne Bar

Located between the Main Bar & Banqueting Hall, our Champagne Bar gives a feeling of pure decadence. Luxuriate in this glamorous space with a private bar offering a selection of fine champagnes, personally selected shots, or a bespoke cocktail menu.

FAQ's

Yes, we are very flexible when it comes to weddings and events. Whilst we have designed various packages to help take the stress out of wedding planning for you, we can tailor the packages to what you would like – or create an entirely bespoke package based on your personal preferences and what you would like for you and your partner and your friends and family.

Couples can have their full wedding day and evening with us, from the wedding ceremony itself all the way through to the first dance and evening reception, or they can host just part of their day with us.

We can accommodate upto 110 guests for your wedding ceremony and upto 150 guests for your wedding breakfast. For an evening reception, we can accommodate upto 200 guests for a non-exclusive wedding, and upto 300 guests for an exclusive wedding. Smaller weddings are welcome too.

You have the choice of booking an exclusive or non-exclusive wedding with us. If you book an Exclusive Wedding, Morgans Hotel will close to the public from 12pm on the day of your wedding and will remain closed to the public until the following morning.

For non-exclusive weddings, there may be hotel guests and members of the public in our public areas during your wedding, however we do not allow non-wedding guests to access your wedding areas. We only host one wedding per day, though we may host other private parties in other areas of the hotel on the same day as a non-exclusive wedding.

The Morgans Hotel carpark is reserved for overnight guests only. If your wedding guests are staying overnight with us, they can park in our carpark for £5 per 24 hours. For wedding guests not staying overnight with us, there are several carparks nearby – including our overflow carpark on Bath Lane SA1 1QP. Parking there is £5 for 24 hours.

You can book an appointment with our Events team for a time that suits you. Viewings are available on most days or evenings – including on weekends – just let us know when you’d like to come along and we’ll check the wedding rooms are available and book you in for a viewing.

We can offer as many viewing appointments as you’d like and you are welcome to bring family or friends along to view the rooms with you.

Of course, our main public areas are open to all every day. So if you’d just like to pop in and have a drink at the bar, or walk around and get a feel for the hotel, you’re welcome to.
